Merry Mudder is a festive outdoor obstacle challenge for children aged 4–16. Think muddy adventures, exciting obstacles, Christmas cheer and plenty of big smiles! It's not a race. There are no winners or losers, and children are encouraged to take on the challenge at their own pace. The achievement is getting involved, giving things a go and crossing that finish line.

Merry Mudder is designed for children aged 4–16.Our obstacles offer a variety of challenges, and children can choose which ones they feel comfortable attempting. Nobody is required to complete every obstacle.

That's certainly the idea!Expect a mixture of grass, mud, obstacles and festive fun. How muddy your child gets will depend on the weather and ground conditions. We recommend bringing a complete change of clothes, spare shoes and a bag for muddy kit.

Your child's safety is our priority. Our events are planned and managed by an experienced children's obstacle-event team, with risk assessments, event supervision and appropriate safety arrangements in place.Obstacles are designed to provide an enjoyable challenge, and children are never required to attempt anything they don't feel comfortable doing. As with any outdoor physical activity, there is an element of risk, but we take sensible steps to manage it.

We want Merry Mudder to be as inclusive as reasonably possible.Children with additional needs are welcome, and parents or carers can provide assistance on the course where required. As the event takes place outdoors on grass and potentially uneven or muddy ground, accessibility will vary depending on the venue and conditions. Please contact us before booking if you'd like to discuss your child's individual requirements.
